Television and Video
In remote areas, a MATV ("Master Antenna Television") system allows for the distribution of "free to air" television (i.e. ABC, GWN, SBS, WIN) and subscription television (Foxtel, Austar and/or Ezestream®), as well as DVD/VCR replay for in-house services. Coupled with an integrated mechanism for viewing the latest releases of blockbuster movies (through Ezestream®), an SAS designed remote communications system enhances the work environment and provides a comfortable experience while working in remote areas.
Full entertainment systems using IPTV technology is also available, distributed through Optical Fibre networks. These systems include Video-on-Demand, Information Channels, TV, and fully managed services.
All systems can be sold as a whole system, with on-going maintenance if required or may be leased on a long term lease.
Radio
SAS also designs systems for the re-broadcast of FM radio and assists in the licensing for same.
